Minimum Qualification & Experience : Ph.D in Organic Chemistry with a minimum of eight years of post-Ph.D work experience. This should include at least six years of working in a pharmaceutical company in the area of Synthetic/Medicinal Chemistry. Proven expertise in lead to hit optimization is a must as is the demonstrated skills in synthetic chemistry. Ability to build and lead an active research team of synthetic and medicinal chemists to further the goals of DDRC.
