About Central University of South Bihar Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) was established under the Central Universities Act 2009 (since renamed under the Central Universities (Amendment) Act, 2014) to disseminate and advance knowledge by providing instructional and research facilities, promote innovation in teaching-learning processes and research, establish linkages with industries for promotion of science and technology and, educate and train manpower for sustainable development of the country. The University has territorial jurisdiction in the territory in the South of River Ganges in the State of Bihar and admits students on all-India basis. Its temporary campus is located at Patna and Gaya, while the permanent campus is under construction. | ||
