Essential Qualification | : Graduates / Post Graduates, preferably in Entrepreneurship or Marketing with a good academic record from reputed educational institutions. |
Desirable Qualification | : Knowledge and experience in planning, implementation, coordination and monitoring of programmes to scout and support early stage entrepreneurs is desirable. Good command and capability in written communication (mainly English) with good presentation skills is essential. Good understanding of the incubator ecosystem is a must. Candidates having work experience with an incubator will be preferred. Experience in business development ideally with incubators Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop partnerships with key stakeholders in the incubator ecosystem. Understanding and exposure to marketing fundamentals. Other desirable traits include - independent handling of responsibilities with minimal supervision, good interpersonal skills, to be able to work in teams and deal with external partners, entrepreneurial mindset to help get things done in a small and fast evolving organization, self-driven results-oriented mindset. |
Experience | : Three or more years of relevant experience preferred. |
