PRESS COMMUNIQUE
The President of India has been pleased to appoint Shri Keshari Nath Tripathi, Governor of West Bengal, to discharge the functions of the Governor of Bihar, in addition to his own duties, until regular arrangements for the office of the Governor of Bihar is made vice Dr. D.Y. Patil, who completes his tenure on November 26, 2014.
