FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS

General Rights

• ARTICLE 12. Definition of Fundamental Rights is given in this Article

Right to Equality

• ARTICLE 14. Equality before law.

Right to Freedom

Right against Exploitation

Right to Freedom of Religion

• ARTICLE 25. Freedom of conscience and free profession, practice and propagation of religion.
